RF Drive test Engineer – Ncell/NTC (NEPAL)

Project – NTC

Managed the preparation of daily activities for the Test Engineers, cluster information, routes and test procedures using TEMS for Drive testing and Optimization for CDMA and GSM.

·  Prepared drive routes and ensured the drive test team drove the routes.

·  Identified problems such as, poor reception, excessive interference, hand over failures and drops due to miss communication between neighboring cellular towers.

·  Data throughput measurements for GSM, WCDMA, EVDO, EDGE, GPRS, HSPA, 2G, 3G, 4G.

·  Configure 2G, 3G, CDMA, GSM phones, to the right frequencies 900MHZ, 1800MHZ for a better coverage using TEMS software.

·  Reasons for bad Quality patches find of during Drive test.

·  Determine the actual network coverage & Performance.

·  Efficiently perform Drive Test on TEMS.

·  Handling customer complaints and related issues.
